Air Fryer Chicken

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil or Avocado Oil

Note: I used the Vortex Mini Air Fryer. The fryer can cook two chicken breasts at a time.

Air Fryer Directions Set the Air Fryer to 400 degrees and 28 minutes. Spray both sides of the chicken breasts with oil. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken breasts. When the fryer indicates that you should put the food in, place the chicken breasts (bone side down) in the air fryer. Be careful to place them so they are not touching. Close the air fryer. Turn the chicken when the air fryer indicates that you should. Serve.

POTS Friendly Note: You can use frozen chicken. No changes to recipe except it will take longer. Expect to cook for 30-40 minutes.

Broiler Directions: Line a broiling pan woth foil. Plac chicken in pan. Salt chicken pieces. Put chicken pieces in the oven, bottom side up. Broil until well goldened, about 15 – 20 minutes. Turn chocken pieces over and salt the chicken again. Broil until well goldened, about 10-20 minutes.
Serve with baked potato (8:30, turn, nuke again until cooked) and boiled or steamed mixed veggies.
