Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients: 4 oz (roughly 1/2c) Apple sauce, 1c quick oats or 1c plus 1tb rolled oats. Raisins (optional).

How to: preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients until oats are well moistened. Form balls and space them evenly on well oiled cookie sheet or parchment paper. Flatten the balls. The cookies will not spread. Cook for 13 to 15 minutes until edges are browned. Will keep for two days at room temperature or longer in the fridge or freezer. Makes approximately 9 cookies.
