Fruit or Berrie Pie

Ingredients:

2 pie crusts (I get the premade frozen kind), 1 bag of fruit of your choice, 1/2c sugar, 2 tb flour (optional)

How To:

Mix fruit and 1/2c sugar (set small amount aside to sprinkle on top if desired.) Add 2 tb flour if the fruit mixture needs thickening. Spoon mixture into one pie crust. For the top crust: either thaw, ball up, and re-roll the top pie crust or upend the other pie crust and flatten the best you can. Press edges of crusts together. Sprinkle sugar on top if desired.

Preheat oven to 425 and put pie in the oven to cook in preheating oven for 15 min. Lower heat to 375 and cook until crust is golden brown (about 20 minutes.) Let pie cool. Serve.
