Homemade Qia (Breakfast Cereal)
Ingredients: Hemp Seeds, Buckwheat Groats, Chia, water (milk or milk substitute), maple syrup, banana.
Instructions: mix equal amounts of each cereal and store in a container. In the past we have mixed 1 pound of each.
Serve: Put 3-4 tablespoons of mixed cereal in a bowl. Add 3 tb water, milk, or mix substitute. Add 1 tsp of maple syrup. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so it expands and solidifies. Serve topped with bananas.
