Homemade Butter
room temperature heavy whipping cream, salt, jar or nutribullet or blender.
Jar How To:
Put heavy whipping cream in jar. Shake until you see butter and buttermilk (25-30 min). Poor buttermilk into a jar to keep for other recipes. Rinse butter in water until water runs clear. Salt butter and fold on itself to mix. Shape butter and refrigerate.
Note: If making butter while laying down make sure the lid is VERY firmly attached.
Nutribullet / Blender How To:
