Corn, Cheese & Chili Pie
3 eggs, 8 1/2 oz creamed corn, 1 1/2c corn kernels, 1/2c melted butter, 1/2c corn meal, 1c sour cream, 1/4lb Monterrey jack cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes, 1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes, Salsa, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
How To:
Grease a 9-inch pie plate. In a large bowl beat the eggs. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into the pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-hour until the pie is firm in the center. Serve
