Cocoa Kisses

Aka: Chocolate Meringue Kisses

1c sugar, 3 egg whites, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 3tb cocoa.

How To:

Combine egg whites and salt. Whip till stiff and holds a peak. Add sugar very slowly while beating. When all the sugar is blended, fold in the vanilla and cocoa. Drop the batter from a spoon onto a pan. Cook at 250 degrees until mostly dry (about 1-hour). For crispier cookies let dry in a closed/off oven for another hour. Serve.
