7 eggs (separated), 1c sugar (can substitute 1/2c honey), 1/2c olive oil, 4tb cocoa, pinch salt.

How To:

Mix egg whites till stiff. In a separate bowl combine yolks, sugar, oil, and cocoa. Beat until mixture is thick and creamy. Fold in the egg whites till blended. Spoon into a freezable container. Freeze mixture. Mix a few times while the mixture freezes. Serve.
