Hemp Milk
Note: I have not tried this one yet.

Ingredients: 1/2c hemp seeds, 1 1/2c water, 1 tb pure maple syrup, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, pinch sea salt.
Instructions: In a high-speed blender puree all ingredients until smooth. Store in a covered container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days at most. Shake well before drinking or using. If you want to make hemp “Cream” simply reduce the water.
