Pea Soup

1 tb butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 4c peas, 1c onion, 1 1/2c water, 1c milk, dill, salt.

How To:

Melt butter in a wok. Add onion and salt. Cook until onion is ready. Add water and bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add peas and cover mixture. Puree with milk and return the mixture to the wok. Heat gently. Add dill and salt to taste. Serve.

Soup is good hot and cold.
